The location was perfect for us as we could easily explore local food in the neighborhood and it was close to the river. The hotel facilities were great with spacious and clean rooms that had amenities like a TV, fridge, and boiler. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, despite some language barriers.

When I was travelling solo, I found a great place to stay in a convenient location. It was easy to walk to the bridges, coffee shops, and a million restaurants. The hotel had comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast and the view from my room was amazing. The facilities, like the mounted TV, fridge, and lift, made my stay even more enjoyable.

There was a small issue with the keys that caused some confusion during my stay.

Stayed at hotel in the center of the city. Enjoyed a roundtrip airport shuttle and a terrace, plus free parking and WiFi. Had a great time exploring the Love Lock Bridge and Asia Park nearby.

Just loved everything, can't find anything to complain about!

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited. We had a blast exploring the city and hanging out at the nearby beaches. Plus, the hotel had an elevator and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver after a long day of adventures. And bonus points for the English movie channel - perfect for chill nights with friends.

The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene around the hotel. It would have been great to have some cool bars or clubs within walking distance for us young party-goers.
